Exterior building power washing process:
- Remove items near building
- Lightly power wash exterior
- Apply best quality biodegradable cleaner
- Final rinse to ensure all cleaner and dirt are removed
- Return all items moved.
Professional deck refinishing process:
Cedar, redwood, teak, exotic woods, pressure treated pine, composite decking
- All items on deck are removed
- Stain remover / stripper is applied if needed and specified.
- Deck is power washed using a specially designed adjustable pressure 4,000 psi unit with high speed rotating surface cleaner set at exact safe pressure and distance to remove mold, mildew, algae, moss and dirt from surface
- Deck is lightly washed again to remove any remaining residue
- Best quality biodegradable wood cleaner + brightener is applied to deck
- Deck is left to dry
- Light sanding is done with 1 person up to 1 hour on top of rail's and bench's only for free
- Deck is now ready for staining or clear waterproofer / sealer
Driveway Power Washing Process
- Apply biodegradable oil degreaser to oil stains if specified
- Apply biodegradable cleaner to driveway
- Power wash driveway
- Let dry
- Apply a clear waterproofer / sealer if specified
Fence Power Washing Process:
- Remove items near fence
- Water down plants and grass
- Power wash fence
- Apply best quality biodegradable cleaner
- Fence rinsed off again to ensure all cleaner & dirt / debris is removed
- Return all items moved
Garage floor & basement / concrete epoxy painted or waterproof / sealing process:
- All items must be removed prior or
- We can remove for an additional charge
- Apply biodegradable oil degreaser & cleaner
- Power wash garage floor
- Let dry
- Apply two coats of specially formulated epoxy paint for garage floors or concrete clear waterproofer / sealer
- Optional colored flakes applied for faux stone or granite look & optional but recommended
- Apply clear glossy epoxy finish & non slip additive
- Applying an epoxy paint or waterproofer will protect the surfaces from degrading due to using salts : protect from cracking , chipping, getting dirty & weathering. These are great ideas to save you money in the long run & easy cleaning maintenance.

- Apply a biodegradable stain remover if needed
- Apply biodegradable mildew remover & cleaner
- Power washing of surfaces
- Let dry
- Lightly sand top of rails & bench's free
- Scrape any peeling stain or paint
- Stain / primer / paint applied (one or two coats)
Note: We recommend two coats of product for maximum protection
Waterproofing and sealing process
- Lighlty sand down top of rails and bench's
- Blow off deck or surfaces to be waterproofed
- Apply a thick coat of a waterproofer / sealer
- Let dry
